If you’re planning to buy a home in India, you probably have questions that go beyond square footage and listed prices. I get it. The process can feel like a maze of builder claims, loan paperwork, and well-meaning advice that sometimes makes things more confusing. This page is where you can reach me directly.
I don’t sell homes. I don’t work for a bank or a real estate agency. My background is in residential construction—over 15 years of designing and building custom houses. That experience shapes how I look at every property, and it’s what I try to pass along through the guides and articles on this site.
Most queries fall into a few categories:
- Questions about construction quality — what to look for in a new build, red flags in finishing work, or whether a particular feature is worth the extra cost.
- Financing doubts — how to think about loan eligibility, down payments, or whether your budget is realistic for the city you’re targeting.
- Buyer confusion — you’ve seen a few properties, the builders all sound convincing, and you’re not sure how to compare them fairly.
- Suggestions and corrections — if something on the site is outdated, unclear, or doesn’t match your experience in a particular market, I want to know.
I read every message myself. I can’t always reply quickly, especially when I’m traveling or researching a new guide, but I do reply. If your question is about a specific property or a builder, please include as much detail as you’re comfortable sharing—location, age of the building, whether it’s under construction or ready to move in. That context helps me give you a more useful answer.
One thing I don’t do is recommend specific builders or projects. I’ve seen too many buyers get burned by a “recommendation” that was really just an advertisement. What I can do is help you learn to evaluate a home yourself, so you can walk into any site visit with a clear checklist and a healthy amount of skepticism.
If you’re looking for guidance on where to start, the buying guides section is probably the best place. If you’ve already read through a few articles and still have a specific question, then this is the right place.

I typically respond within 2–3 working days. If your message is urgent—say, you’re about to sign a booking form and something doesn’t feel right—mention that in the subject line. I’ll try to get back to you sooner.
Thanks for reading. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions you’ll make, and taking the time to get it right is never a waste.
